General Resources
I believe that growth unfolds through insight, courage, and connection. The resources below include books, podcasts, and organizations I commonly recommend to clients and families when they are seeking more insight. They reflect a range of perspectives—neuroscience, attachment, somatic work, experiential approaches, contemplative wisdom, and trauma-informed practice. Every person and every family is unique, so I do not endorse each resource as a perfect fit for everyone. Instead, think of this list as a curated starting point: tools that many people have found supportive, grounding, or clarifying on their journey. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and feel free to bring any reflections into our work together. Also remember, many times, we cannot think our way through our problems.

Mental Health & Healing Resources
Healing is rarely linear. It involves curiosity, compassion, and the courage to feel what has long been avoided. The resources below draw from neuroscience, trauma research, somatic therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment science, existential and contemplative wisdom, and relational approaches to emotional health. Consider them an entry point — not a prescription. Explore what resonates, set aside what doesn’t, and bring anything you’re curious about into our work together.
