Psychotherapy Services
I believe healing happens in relationship — with ourselves, with those we love, with our higher power, and with the world around us.
In therapy, I offer a space that is compassionate, grounded, and real — a place to slow down, make sense of what’s been hard, and begin to experience connection and hope again.
Whether you come as an individual, couple, or family, my work integrates trauma-informed care, experiential and somatic therapies, and the latest understanding from neuroscience and clinical research. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to explore what hurts and strong enough to grow toward wholeness
Family Therapy
Families are living systems — when one part is hurting, the whole system feels it. Family therapy offers a chance to step out of blame and into curiosity. Together, we explore how patterns of communication, stress, and history have shaped your family, and how new ways of relating can bring healing and connection.
I work with families navigating:
Conflict or disconnection
The impact of trauma or addiction
Transitions such as adoption, fostering, divorce, or blending families
Parenting struggles and behavioral challenges
Intergenerational wounds or unresolved loss
Sessions are experiential and include play-based methods when appropriate (such as TheraPlay and other experiential family approaches) to help families connect beyond words. My goal is to help you rediscover safety, trust, and the ability to be on the same team again.
Couples Therapy
Relationships are where we experience our deepest love — and often our deepest pain. Couples therapy is a place to pause, reflect, and learn to listen in new ways. Whether you’re healing from betrayal, navigating the effects of trauma, or simply longing to feel closer again, we’ll work together to uncover what’s been getting in the way of connection.
Our work may include:
Understanding your attachment patterns and emotional needs
Learning tools for healthy communication and conflict repair
Healing from infidelity, trauma, or substance use
Rebuilding trust and emotional intimacy
Strengthening friendship, partnership, and shared meaning
Supporting effective co-parenting
I integrate the science of attachment, emotional regulation, and experiential methods to help couples move from reactive cycles toward connection and understanding. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s learning how to stay connected with one another, even when it’s hard.
Individual Therapy
Sometimes the hardest thing is to turn inward and face what’s been avoided. Individual therapy offers space to slow down, listen to your body and story, and begin to heal what’s been buried. Together, we explore patterns of thought, emotion, and relationship that may no longer serve you — and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Common areas of focus include:
Trauma recovery and post-traumatic growth
Anxiety, depression, and stress
Grief, loss, and life transitions
Identity, belonging, and self-worth
Spiritual or existential questions
Recovery from addiction or codependency
My approach integrates somatic, experiential, and narrative therapies, grounded in compassion and curiosity. I believe that even our most painful parts carry wisdom and protection. Therapy becomes a journey of remembering your inherent worth and learning to live from a deeper sense of self.
